Jamshedpur, September 9: Lions Club of Steel City celebrated World Literary Day with the students of National Association of Blind (NAB) Sakchi, another voluntary social organisation working for the visually impaired Children since 1992. Lions Club of Steel City whose member are mainly ladies often visit these children and spend valuable time with them. Their talent is beyond imagination.
Special children took the opportunity and presented skit, song, dance which enthused everyone. All the participants Sanjana Sahu, Anita Mahali, Manmohan Chauhan, Balbir Kaur, Ritu Kumari, Reshma Bhumij, Aman Verma, Aniket Dubey, Debashish Mandal, Nikita Kumari were recognized and presented certificates by Lions club.
The teachers of National Association of Blind; Seema Sahay, Ratanlal, Preetpal Singh, Shikha ,Shobha and Kalpana Mukhi took all efforts to train them and make them integrate into the society were also rewarded and honoured for their commitment to the welfare of the society.
Centennial District Governor Rajnish Kumar did the honour of felicitating all of them along with Zone Chairperson Pranati Das, Club President Vandana Mishra, Secretary Meena Bhagat, Indu Gandhi, Rekha Oraon, Ria Banerjee of Jamshedpur club.
