Jamshedpur, Oct 4: The fighters of Taekwondo have been winning laurels for Little Flower School (LFS) at each of their outings. So it came as no surprise when they returned victorious from the ASISC National Taekwondo Championship.
The event saw the participation of students from 19 states. Every state was represented by a team of 40 members, but the team of the Bihar/Jharkhand Region comprised just 10 members, all belonging to Little Flower School. It was thus sheer grit and determination that brought about astonishing results which the school was proud to announce today Ayush Mahato of Class 7 secured a gold medal, while three girls won silver medals and four others secured bronze medals. A special mention was made about their coach, Y. Sanjay Kumar, who has toiled hard from awarded by the organisers for being such a wonderful coach.
The school was delighted as they felicitated the winners and the coach at the assembly this morning. This is just the beginning of greater success and many more achievements. Self-belief and hard work will always earn you success.
