Jamshedpur: A legal awareness camp was organized in Bankuchiya panchayat of Bodam on Sunday under the aegis of District Legal Services Authority (DLSA).
It was held in the Panchayat Mandap building. The speakers of the camp informed the villagers about various laws related to their rights and welfare. They spoke on labour laws, MGNREG Act, child marriage, child labour, domestic violence, acid attack, dowry torture and other laws.
Among those present on the occasion included Lalit Hansda, Nagendra Kumar, Usha Kumari, Nitai Chandra Gorai, Shiv Shankar Mahato and Nanda Rajak.
