Lawmsangzuala’s hat-trick secures Jamshedpur FC Reserves’ spot in RFDL National Leg

Jamshedpur, February 28: Jamshedpur FC Reserves triumphed in the North East Zonal Round of the Reliance Development Foundation League (RFDL), thanks to a stunning hat-trick by their young striker, Lawmsangzuala. His stellar performance not only secured his team’s place in the RFDL National Leg but also capped off an impressive campaign, where he finished as the second-highest goal scorer with nine goals.

Reflecting on his achievement, Zuala expressed his excitement, saying, “Scoring a hat-trick in the final match and helping Jamshedpur FC qualify is an incredible feeling! It’s a testament to our hard work and dedication.”

Zuala credited his goal-scoring success to teamwork, training, and mental preparation, highlighting the support of his teammates in creating scoring opportunities. Playing against older and more experienced players in the zonal round, he believes, has helped him develop his skills, improve decision-making, and stay focused under pressure.

As Jamshedpur FC Reserves prepares for the National Leg in Mumbai, Zuala acknowledged the challenge ahead but remains confident in his team’s abilities. “We’ve already proven ourselves in the zonal round. Now, we need to stay focused, work together, and believe in our strength,” he said.

Inspired by football legends Cristiano Ronaldo and Ronaldo Nazario, Zuala aims to contribute significantly in the National Leg by scoring and assisting as much as possible to help Jamshedpur FC Reserves qualify for the national championship. His talent and determination will be crucial as the team takes on the country’s best in the next stage.
