Lavanya training women

Jamshedpur: Many women are learning the ropes of various trades including bedsheet designing, embroidery and other arts at Lavanya, an organization based in the city.

The organization has been training the women successfully with the purpose of ensuring that they become independent both mentally and financially. This was informed by Usha Singh of the outfit.

Singh further said that our organization gets order of jute bag and paper bag worth 1.25 lakh from city. On the occasion Gayatri das, Sushmita Sarkar, Rashmi Das, Dharmpal, Shobha Besra, Harjeet Kaur, Paramjeet Kaur, Chandna Chatterjee, Uma Koda and several others were present.
