Landless villagers to get land lease soon: Dineshanand

Jamshedpur: Former state BJP president Dineshanand Goswami met East Singhbhum Deputy Commissioner Amit Kumar on Thursday and handed over a memorandum to him to demand land lease to landless people of various villages in Baharagora and Chakulia.
After meeting the DC, Goswami said the state government was committed to the rehabilitation of landless people. Such people would be provided lease on land and would also be provided houses under Pradhanmantri Awas Yojana, he said.
The BJP leader said the villagers of Kenvala, Mudhakati and Kaliadanga in Baharagora and Naganol Colony in Chakulia should be given lease rights as soon as possible.
