Kunal Sarangi meets Jharkhand CM, demands opening of Schools of Excellence in all blocks

Jamshedpur, July 14: Former MLA and BJP leader Kunal Sarangi met Chief Minister Champai Soren in Ranchi on Friday to discuss the various public problems pressing East Singhbhum district. During the meeting, Kunal Shadangi informed the CM about the issues. Chief Minister Champai Soren assured that he would instruct the departmental secretaries to take necessary action.

The demands made by Kunal Shadangi included opening of Schools of Excellence in all blocks of East Singhbhum District. He pointed out that the loss of life and property due to elephant attacks in Chakulia block were not compensated and suggested a state -level team should be formed to find a permanent solution.

Road repair work from Motel Chowk to Bhalukkhulia and Mohanpur to Cami of Baharagora block should be started without delay.

Clearance of land and forest required for the Chakulia-Badamara railway line should be completed soon.

Kunal mentioned that Dialysis machines remained unused in the Ghatshila Sub-Divisional Hospital. A paediatrician should be posted immediately at the hospital. He urged that B Ed courses should be introduced in Ghatshila College.

The work on the Bagbera-Ghaghidih Drinking Water project should be completed at the earliest. The dilapidated roads from Bodam to Badtal via Dhabani in Bodam block needed to be repaired immediately. There was also a severe shortage of doctors in the local health centers he pointed out and urged the Chief Minister for resolution of the demands.
