Jamshedpur, April 20: Kerala Samajam Model School (KSMS) has won a prestigious award under “Innovative Student-Led Environmental Solutions” at the Classrooms to Climate Action Crusaders 2026, held at Asia Plateau, Panchgani, Maharashtra. The award was presented by Anil Swarup.
The recognition was given for the project “Smart Industrial Pollution Tracker,” developed by students A. Kaushal Kiran, Naman Bhagat, and Vedant Singhal under the guidance of ATL in-charges Sagarnil and Rakhi.

The project focuses on monitoring industrial pollution through smart technology, enabling real-time data tracking and promoting awareness and accountability. It reflects the students’ innovative approach towards solving environmental challenges.
The school expressed pride in the achievement, highlighting its commitment to encouraging scientific thinking and student-led innovation. The management also thanked noted educationist Vijayam Kartha and her team for their guidance and support in helping the students achieve this milestone.
