KSMS Jamshedpur students win IAC-2025 STEM Competition

Jamshedpur, Dec 13: Students of Kerala Samajam Model School (KSMS) once again brought pride to the institution by winning the School Category at the state-level Industry Academia Conclave (IAC) 2025, organised by the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Jamshedpur. The competition, held on December 13, encouraged young minds to present innovative STEM-based solutions for a smarter and more inclusive future.

IAC-2025 was open to students from Classes 8 to 12 under the school category, while college students competed in a separate senior category. Institutions from across Jharkhand participated in the prestigious event.

KSMS students impressed the judges and audience with their creativity and practical innovation. Class 8 students Adhyan Agarwal, Ayman Ahmad and A Shavant Kumar emerged as winners for their prototype titled “Auto Ployer.” The project is designed to assist physically challenged and elderly persons by providing an automatically movable platform to cross railway tracks safely without using overbridges or escalators.

The team was awarded a winners’ trophy along with a cash prize of Rs 20,000.
