An orientation session was conducted for the faculty by Principal Rina Banerjee and Registrar Vrinda Suresh to familiarise teachers with the objectives and key features of the framework.

The session introduced the faculty to the RISE Framework’s focus on continuous school improvement through structured self-assessment, data-driven planning, stakeholder participation and the sharing of best practices. The speakers also highlighted the importance of strengthening institutional capacity, improving resilience and adopting global standards while remaining rooted in Indian values.

The interactive programme aimed to prepare the teaching staff for the effective implementation of the framework and ensure that the school is ready to adopt the new quality improvement measures introduced by CISCE.
