Jamshedpur, July 4: Kerala Public School (KPS) Kadma welcomed its new Class XI students during its annual Freshers’ Nite 2026, held on Saturday. The event celebrated fresh beginnings and the students’ transition into senior school through cultural performances and interactive activities.
The programme began with a welcome address followed by a performance by the school choir. Principal Sharmila Mukherjee encouraged the students to make the most of the opportunities ahead, develop their talents and contribute positively to the school community.
A major attraction of the evening was a two-round ramp walk by the students, along with lively musical performances by senior students.
The event concluded with the announcement of the Freshers’ Nite title winners. Arnab Mukherjee was crowned Mr. Fresher, while Avni Singh won the Ms. Fresher title. Sanchita Mahanty received the Beautiful Smile award, Aditya Kumar was named Best Personality, and Soumya Tiwari won the Best Couture title.
