Jamshedpur, Aug 8: Kerala Public School, Kadma, in collaboration with Educators India, successfully organized the Career Guidance Fair 2025 on its campus, offering students a wealth of information on diverse career opportunities. The event, held from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., aimed to equip students with the knowledge and confidence to make informed career choices.
Spearheaded by Chief Organizer Mr. Sunil Prajapati, the fair brought together leading academic institutions, industry professionals, and career counselors under one roof. Founder Principal Ms. Shanta Vaidyanathan, Principal Ms. Sharmila Mukherjee, and Senior Coordinators Ms. T. Veena and Ms. Jatinder Kaur graced the occasion.
The event began with a ceremonial lamp lighting, followed by an inspiring address from Principal Mukherjee, who stressed the importance of early career planning and encouraged students to actively explore their ambitions.
Students from Classes 9 to 12 engaged enthusiastically with interactive stalls, career talks, panel discussions, and workshops. Representatives from reputed universities, vocational institutes, and various professional sectors—including engineering, medicine, law, design, management, armed forces, and emerging fields like data science and AI—shared valuable insights.
Participants gained first-hand information on admission processes, scholarship opportunities, industry demands, and evolving career trends. Many appreciated the chance to have one-on-one interactions with experts, which helped clarify doubts and broaden their perspectives.
