Kolhan University: Biometric attendance at work place

Jamshedpur, July 22 : Kolhan University administration is very serious about biometric attendance. Recently, a notice was issued by the university where some personnel went to nearby colleges to register biometric attendance. Along with this, displeasure was expressed on this. On the other hand, by issuing a notification on Saturday, all the personnel have been directed to compulsorily register biometric attendance. Also, it has been said that the attendance has to be registered at your work place only. The notification has been issued by the Registrar of the University. It has been said in the notification that biometric attendance is mandatory for all employees and attendance has to be done at their workplace only. If for any reason attendance is made in other colleges or offices, then it must have a valid work order. Otherwise, it will be considered as dereliction of duty and fraud against the administration. Also suspension action can be taken against it. It has been said that in the case of all the employees and outsiders (employees of other colleges) from their level (if any), inform the Registrar of the University.
