Jamshedpur : Mrs. KMPM Vocational College kicked off a three day National Workshop on Cyber Security, Digital Marketing & Entrepreneurship at its campus in Bistupur.
The three day workshop will continue till Dec 1. Ranjeet Kumar Singh, pro vice-chancellor, Ranchi University graced the occasion as the chief guest today. About 200 students of Mrs. KMPM Vocational College attended the session on the first day.
In his address Singh said that with technological advancement, it is important that students know how to manage the virtual world. The event is right step towards safety.
The resource person for the day was Souvik Saha, founder, People for Change, Jamshedpur who spoke about entrepreneurship and Ankur Chandrakant, a cyber security and forensic expert from Mumbai focussed on the do’s and don’ts in the cyber world.
The three day workshop will also have Amar Krishna, from IIM Kolkata. Krishna is a certified digital marketing professional and a SAP consultant who will conduct session on digital marketing for the next two days.
