Jamshedpur: From Subz Kakori Kebab to Iranian Jojeh Kebab, Hari Mirch machhi kebab, Chicken Kachhi Birvani and Nawabi Lukhanawi Mutton biryani would be presented at ‘Mughal E’ Dawat’ a kebab and biryani food festival at Zaaffran restaurant in Hotel Dayal International, Sakchi from December 6.

Rajesh Kumar Singh, general Manager of the hotel, said, with the starters Chandi Ka tukra came the first of the scrumptious kebabs. Known as the ‘smoky sensation’ this boneless chicken is infused with a variety of savoury spices much like the Tandoori dishes, served with a fresh mint chutney.
Addressing a press conference at the hotel on Tuesday, Singh further said, vegetarians can feel right at home with the Subz Kakori Kebab, the ‘irresistible vegetarian delicacy’ is just the right blend of herbs and arts.
The succulent Iranian Jojeh Kebab and Hari Mirch machhi kebab which are skillfully cooked, mouth-watering are perfect to share with your family or friends.
One of the best biryanis on the menu is infamous Chicken Kachhi Birvani and for vegetarians Palki biryani while for the non vegetarian lovers’ chef special Nawabi Lukhanawi Mutton biryani is must have, added Singh.
He went on to say that the menu also boasts of mouth-watering desserts like Phirni along with 10% Discount on all the food bills.
This festival is a must-go for biryani and kebab lovers and will continue for this month.
