Kasidih School students show off ‘Awakening’ skills

Jamshedpur, Nov 28: Like every year Awakening, the Annual Exhibition was held at Kasidih High School.

The main motive of exhibition is to encourage and inculcate critical thinking skills and the most importantly learn to work with others.

The students showcase their talents in Science, Mathematics, English, Hindi, Social science, Value Education , Art and Craft subjects. Chief Guest for the occasion was Mrs. Ruchi Narendran ( Managing Trustee, JEM Foundation).

Ashish Mathur (M.D., JUSCO) , A.F. Madon (Administrator , JEM Foundation), Jiju Thomas ( Admin. Manager, JEM Foundation) other dignitaries and principal of other school were also invited.

K.K. Sharma (Prof. ,Co-operative College), Manish Jha (Sr. Scientist , NML), Mr. N.G. Goswami ( Sr. Scientist & Principal, NML) and S. Bhattacharya ( Analytical Engineer, NML) were invited as Judges for this programme.

Indian state pavilions were installed with their unique flavor of food, tradition, culture, rituals and literature.

There were exhibition on different academic subjects. The entire school was abuzz with activities.The Chief Guest was welcomed in traditional way by the students with Tika and tribal dance then along with other esteemed guests proceeded to the Exhibition area.

The Exhibition was opened for parents, students and teachers of other schools at 10:30 a.m. The large number of teachers and students from other schools (JUSCO School , Kadma, JUSCO School, South park, Sri Sri Gujrati English High School, Prem Jyoti School(NGO run in the JRD Complex) and other government schools were also invited.

The Exhibition was a huge success. Enthusiasm and effervescence overflowed amongst students, teachers and parents.
