Jamshedpur : Kolhan University organized its 1st ever Inter College Athletic
Meet (Men & Women) 2013 -2014 at JRD Stadium for all the colleges affiliated to the university in which Karim City College bagged the overall championship trophy.
At the event the Best Athlete Award in Women’s category was awarded to Alishka Agarwal of
Jamshedpur Women’s College and Best Athlete Award in Boy’s category was bagged by Shah Faisal
of Karim City College. In Women’s category Runner’s up trophy was bagged by Karim City College and the Winners’ Trophy was bagged by Jamshedpur Women’s College and in Boys category the Runner’s Up Trophy was bagged by Lal Bahudur Shastri Memorial College and the Winners’ Trophy was bagged by Karim City College and the Overall Championship Trophy was awarded to Karim City College.
For this event PRO Vice Chancellor of Kolhan University Dr. Shukla Mohanty, Examination Controller Dr. Ganga Prasad, Principal and Chairman of Organizing Committee Dr. M. Zakaria, Sports Incharge Dr. Firoz Ibhrahim, Dr. M. Riyaz, Dr. Indersen Singh, Dr. Aftab Ansari, Principals of all colleges Under Kolhan University and several others were present.
