Jamshedpur, Nov 30: The NCC (National Cadet Corps) 2/37 Jharkhand Battalion of Karim City College, Sakchi, organized its two-day Annual event, Udghosh-2023 between November 29 and 30. The two day programme, Udghosh-’23 included several competitive events including drill, Guard of Honour, Tug-o-War, speech, dance, art and craft, and rangoli.

On the second day of the program, as part of the closing ceremony, Commanding Officer Colonel Vinay Ahuja was present as the chief guest. The closing ceremony that started at 3 pm was organized under the leadership of KCC Secretary, Dr. Mohammad Zakaria, Principal Dr. Mohammad Reyaz, and NCC Officer Major Fakhruddin Ahmad.
The concluding ceremony began with the lighting of the lamp, and Major Ahmad presented an overview of the programs held over the two days. A welcome dance was performed for the chief guest. Chief guest, Col Vinay Ahuja, in his address, highlighted the significance and popularity of NCC. Principal, Dr. Mohammad Reyaz addressed the audience, praising the NCC department of the college. The chief guest and the principal felicitated those who had showcased commendable performances in the events over the past two days.
The program concluded with a vote of thanks and the rendition of the NCC song.
