Gamharia, March 14: Prabha Shankar Mani Tiwary, a teacher of Kandra, was honoured by the Union Human Resources Department at an event held at IIT Delhi. He was given a letter of appreciation along with a memento.
After receiving the honour, Tiwary spoke about the development programmes being run in the area of education in Jharkhand. The delegates from various states were all praise for the measures being taken by the state government.
