Jamshedpur: Jharkhand Vikas Morcha(JVM) activists led by Dulal Bhuiyan, former MLA of Jugsalai, staged a demonstration at the gate of Lafarge India plant at Jojobera on Thursday to demand basic civic amenities for the local residents.
They said the people had long been demanding basic facilities like road, water, electricity and cleanliness without getting any relief.
Bhuiyan said the JVM activists will continue the agitation till the demands for basic civic amenities were fulfilled.
He said the company and local administration should take measures to provide the facilities to the people living in the area.
