Jusco employees to get paternity leave

Jamshedpur: Jusco employees including supervisors will soon get paternity benefits, union officials said. A proposal to this effect was put forth at a meeting of Jusco Shramik Union. It was decided to include the proposal in the Charter of Demands. The first meeting regarding grade revision of the employees would be held on 26th December, sources said.
Before commencement of meeting on grade revision, the union president Raghunath Pandey convened a committee meeting. Discussions were held on the Charter of Demands. Members were asked to suggest issues for inclusion in the Charter.
Among those present at the meeting included VD Gopal Krishna, CDS Krishna, Arun Kumar Singh, Amarnath Tiwary, Ravikant Shukla, BK Sharma, BN Jha and Arjun Lal.
