22,000 tickets sold for Jamshedpur FC -Kerala Blasters match

Jamshedpur: With Indian Super League football matches captivating sports lovers, tickets for the Jamshedpur FC-Kerala Blasters FC ISL home match at JRD Tata Sports Complex on October 29 are going off the shelves with 22 thousand already sold as per information till 7 pm.

The response has been overwhelming. Over 22 thousand tickets have already been sold for the tie versus Kerala Blasters FC. Tickets (Rs 50 and Rs 100) for both the Kerala and Goa ties have already been sold out. The crowd for JFCs first home match against ATK, which ended in a 1-1 draw on October 21, was over 22 thousand. We expect similar crowds this time too, a JFC official informed.

The capacity of the stadium is around 23,700. The capacity of the stadium which earlier stood at 24,774 was reduced due to the newly-installed chairs at the upper tier of the eastern stands.

Barring the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Kochi and the JRD Tata Sports Complex here, no other ISL hosting venues have seen full house.

The JFC official further stated that the addition of tickets of denominations Rs 200 (southwest, northwest upper stand), Rs 250 (east upper stand), Rs 350 (east lower stand), Rs 400 (west lower stand) and Rs 3,000 (hospitality section) was also getting good response.

The trend of ticket sale for the next match against FC Goa at JRD Sports Complex on November 1 is also selling like hot cakes both online and offline.
