Potka: The Joint Secretary of Education department Devendra Bhushan Singh visited Potka on Thursday to review the implementation of �School Chalein Chalayen Abhiyan� in the block. He also visited Middle School, Gitilata, Primary School Tirildih, High School, Tirildih, Middle School, Pavru and Kasturba Gandhi Girls School, Potka, with the district education department officials. He inspected the panchayat building in Rupkar and also visited the local anganbari centre. At Gitilata, he performed the admission formalities of two students in the presence of their parents. He said the state government was committed to ensure school education of all children. He said the Tetla panchayat was declared as a zero dropout panchayat. He said the children of the age group five to 14 years are being admitted to schools under the School Chalein Chalayen Abhiyan.
