Jamshedpur, July 7: Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee (JNAC) cracked down for the second time in a week sealing three buildings in the city for the alleged deviation in their design.
Lead by JNAC City manager Jyoti Punj three buildings were sealed. In first of the case, design for G plus 2 for a building was approved in Sonari opposite to Naulakha Apartment but despite this the building owner was involved in construction of G plus 4 building. The building owner despite repeated notices didn�t follow the order and at last JNAC was compelled to seal the building. Two buildings in Old Sitaramdera and New Lay Out Sitaramdera areas were sealed for constructing floors more than the approved design. Present on the occasion were MKL Das, Rajkumar Mandal, Prakash Kumar and Ganesh Kumar were present.
JNAC Special officer Sanjay Kumar informed that architects involved in the deviation of the design will also be suspended who don�t inform about the same to JNAC management. He said that we are also keeping an eye on regional workers of JNAC and Tata Steel land department.
