After the return of the workers, Chief Minister Hemant Soren has instructed the departmental secretary to prepare the family details of these workers and give them the benefits of the schemes run by the government. After this instruction, all the concerned labor superintendents will get the details of the workers and work to give them the benefits of the schemes.
It is worth noting that a large number of workers from Jharkhand have been migrating for livelihood. Under this, many workers from Hazaribagh, Giridih and Bokaro went to earn in Cameroon, Africa. These workers were harassed by the Cameroon company. When they wanted to return home, they were not allowed to return and the salary was not paid on time.
