Women Leading India’s Progress
The Governor said Indian women are proving their excellence in every field—from academics to sports and science. “Today, the daughters of India are proving themselves as achievers in education, sports, science, and other fields. Their confidence is an inspiration for the entire country,” he remarked.
Recalling the outstanding performance of Indian players, he added, “Recently, our daughters made the nation proud in the Women’s Cricket World Cup, and this is a clear sign of the emerging women’s power in India.”

‘Education is the Beginning of a Meaningful Journey’
Addressing the graduating students directly, Governor Gangwar said, “Education is not just an opportunity; it is the beginning of a meaningful journey in your life. Today, you are entering society with knowledge, values, and responsibilities.”
He encouraged them to be disciplined, determined, and lifelong learners. “Whatever field you choose—administration, literature, art, social work—let your confidence, emotional intelligence, and knowledge guide you. Challenges will come, but with patience and courage, they will turn into opportunities,” he added.
He reminded students that success requires consistent effort. “Opportunities do not come on their own. You must earn them through hard work and determination,” he said.
