Jamshedpur: Chief Minister Hemant Soren has reaffirmed his commitment to safeguarding the rights of the Sikh community in the state. Assuring a joint delegation from the Central Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee and Sanjhi Awaz, Chief Minister Soren pledged that the rights of the Sikhs of Jharkhand will be upheld at all costs, emphasizing that the existing privileges and considerations will continue without compromise. The Chief Minister also expressed his intention to collaborate with Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar to find an honorable solution to the issue at hand. The joint delegation, comprising former President Satbir Singh Somu and Chairman Jasveer Singh Sirey, apprised Chief Minister Hemant Soren of the critical matter at hand. They highlighted the historical significance of the organization responsible for maintaining and managing the birthplace of Guru Gobind Singh Ji, which has been registered since 1955. The Gurudwara, situated in the South Bihar region, is one of the five constituencies dedicated to the preservation of Sikh heritage.
