Jamshedpur Swarnarekha project office sealed on court’s order

Jamshedpur, August 8: The property of Swarnarekha project located on Dimna Road under Mango’s Ulidih police station was sealed on Tuesday after a court order.

In this case, M/s R. K Construction did the construction work for the Subarnarekha project. RK Construction had pending dues of about Rs 3.5 crore on the Subarnarekha project.

M/s R.K Construction had filed a case for the outstanding amount  in the High Court.

And in the year 2022, an exclusion case was registered in the Jamshedpur Civil Court and the case was heard in the court of Civil Judge Chandrabhanu Kumar..

Advocate Rajhans Tiwari, arguing on behalf of M/s Construction, said that the Subarnarekha project was asked several times by the court to pay the dues. Despite this the amount was not paid. Finally, on the orders of the court, the property of the Subarnarekha project has been sealed.
