Ranchi, June 11: Scorching heat continues to wreak havoc in Jharkhand. In view of the heat wave, the Jharkhand government has decided to close classes from KG to 12th.
All categories of schools (private and government) have been closed from June 12 to June 15.
Earlier, the school timings were changed from June 9 to June 15. But heatwave has increased, therefore, now that order has been withdrawn and the schools have been closed.
It has been said in the order that after June 15, the schools will again run on their earlier timings.
Earlier, the government had asked the schools to run from 7 am to 11:30 am.
