Jamshedpur, Oct 10: The ongoing dispute within the East Singhbhum District Congress Committee regarding the appointment of new District Presidents continued to intensify. In protest, District Vice President Bablu Jha, District General Secretary Amit Dubey and District Secretary Ajitesh Ujjain led hundreds of party workers in a Satyagraha at Gandhi Ghat, demanding the release of the official list. They alleged that the final list prepared under the Organization Creation Campaign was disregarded by the Central Observer.

In response to the growing dissent, Congress State In-charge K. Raju invited the aggrieved leaders for discussions. On Friday, several workers, including Bablu Jha, Amit Dubey and Ajitesh Ujjain, met him to convey their grievances. After the meeting, Bablu Jha described the talks as positive, stating that K. Raju gave a patient hearing to their concerns and assured that their complaints would be presented before the party high command.

He further expressed confidence that the issue would be resolved soon, bringing unity and clarity to the district organization.
