Ranchi, July 3: On the issue of Bangladeshi infiltrators, the High Court has given strict orders to the state government and said that the process of identifying them and sending them back should be started soon.
A bench of Justice Sujit Narayan Prasad and Arun Kumar Rai of the Jharkhand High Court today directed the state government in the case of Bangladeshi intruders in the Santhal Pargana region.
The bench said that the government should issue a directive to all the Deputy Commissioners of the Santhal Pargana region. The Deputy Commissioners should be directed to prepare an action plan to identify the intruders coming from Bangladesh and send them back in mutual coordination.
