Jharkhand Governor attends Shraddha Bhoj of Arjun Munda’s brother in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur: The Shraddha Bhoj ceremony of Bhim Singh Munda, the elder brother of former Chief Minister and Union Minister Arjun Munda, was held at his residence in Ghorabadha, Jamshedpur. The event saw a significant gathering of dignitaries from across the state, who paid their respects to the late Munda.

Jharkhand Governor Santosh Kumar Gangwar arrived in Jamshedpur on Saturday to attend the ceremony. He visited the residence of Arjun Munda in Ghorabadha, where he paid tribute to Bhim Singh Munda and offered his condolences to the Munda family. The Governor was accompanied by several district administrative officers.

BJP state president Babu Lal Marandi also participated in the Shraddha Bhoj, offering his condolences to the family. Bhim Singh Munda, who had been ill for a long time, passed away recently after a prolonged illness. He had played a crucial role in supporting Arjun Munda in his political struggles.

Former Chief Minister Arjun Munda’s wife, Dr. Meera Munda, was also present at the ceremony. Other attendees included former Chief Minister Madhu Koda, former MP Geeta Koda, MLA Saryu Roy, MLA Purnima Sahu, BJP state spokesperson Amarpreet Singh Kale, social worker Shivshankar Singh, and several leaders and workers from various political parties.
