Jharkhand girl wish before CM, realised in 48 hrs

Ranchi, December 10: Within 48 hours of the girl approaching Jharkhand chief minister expressing her desire to study, her family has got the requisite help to pursue her immediate ambition. 

Baby Kumari, a resident of Tildag Panchayat of Garhwa, who requested Chief Minister Hemant Soren for help for studies, and her entire family were covered by various schemes of the government. Baby Kumari was linked to the Savitri Bai Phule Kishori Samridhi Yojana and her sisters to the welfare department’s scholarship scheme, mother Lalita Devi to the Mukhyamantri Pashudhan Vikas Yojana for goat rearing. Baby’s father Indresh Ram was sanctioned Rs 5 lakh under the Chief Minister’s Employment Generation Scheme. Baby Kumari’s sister Rimjhim Kumari was enrolled in Kasturba Gandhi Girls Residential School. Along with this, a cattle shed costing 1.30 lakh has also been approved from MNREGA.

Expressing gratitude to the Chief Minister, Baby Kumari said, “The day before yesterday, I had requested the Chief Minister for help to study. Today, me and my sisters were covered with many schemes. Mother and father have also been linked with self-employment. My sisters’ dream of studying will now come true. I will become a teacher after studying. Thanks to the Chief Minister.”

During the public dialogue program in Tildag Panchayat of Garhwa, Baby Kumari told the Chief Minister that I want to study, Sir. Help me After this, the Chief Minister had directed the Deputy Commissioner Garhwa Ramesh Gholap to connect the baby and his entire family with various schemes of the government. Within 48 hours after the instructions of the Chief Minister, the entire family was linked to various schemes.

Significantly, Hemant Soren is undertaking Khatiyani Johar Yatra in different parts of the state interacting with people and reviewing the execution of government welfare schemes at the ground level.
