Seraikela: Chief Minister Hemant Soren will visit Kharsawan on Saturday to pay tribute to the martyrs of Kharsawan firing on Martyrs’ Day. For its preparations, a mock drill was conducted by Deputy Commissioner Arva Rajkamal and Superintendent of Police Anand Prakash on Friday. On the occasion, inspection of helipad, vehicle parking, Shaheed Park was done on the spot.
A meeting was held with the deputed magistrate and police officer. In the meeting, a strategy for successful operation of the program was prepared after getting information about the preparations made in view of the arrival of the dignitaries of the state including the Chief Minister.
While talking to the deputed magistrate and police force, the Deputy Commissioner gave them necessary directions to provide better facilities and security to the tourists including the guests attending the program and to conduct the program in a good environment.
In view of the increasing effect of Corona, the Deputy Commissioner directed all the deputed magistrates and police officers and employees to definitely use face masks and motivate people for the same. He said that in order to conduct the program in a good environment, behave cooperatively with the public. And inform the people about the guidelines issued by the administration from the point of view of security or the guidelines issued for conducting worship with public faith.Bike said that keeping in mind the better convenience and safety of the guests and tourists including the Chief Minister, all the preparations have been completed. For which a mock drill of the preparations was done in the presence of deputed magistrate, police force and good officer. Along with this, after discussing many points in detail, necessary guidelines have been given.Appealing to the tourists coming from other parts of the country including the state, he has said that keeping in mind the public faith, worship should be performed in a peaceful environment. For this, cooperate with the district administration and committee members. and follow their philosophy. Keeping in mind the increasing spread of corona infection, he has appealed to everyone to follow face mask and social physical distance.
In the meeting, Superintendent of Police Anand Prakash said that for the successful operation of the program, special attention should be paid to the safety standards and all the deputed magistrates should fulfill their responsibilities honestly. He directed that all the responding officers, security forces, would remain in flower dress.
He directed all the police protection forces to discharge their responsibilities by working in a planned manner in coordination with their respective magistrates.
Deputy Development Commissioner Praveen Kumar Gagrai, ITDA Director Sandeep Kumar Dorayburu, DRDA Director Uma Mahto, Additional Deputy Commissioner Subodh Kumar, ASP, SDO Seraikela Ram Krishna Kumar, DSP and other officials were present on the occasion.
