Ranchi, July 11: The monsoon session of the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly will be held from August 1 to August 7, 2025, with a total of five working days. The session will remain closed on August 2 and 3 (weekend). It is speculated that the Hemant Soren government may present a supplementary budget during the session.
The decision comes after the conclusion of a cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Hemant Soren, where 27 proposals were approved. The session is expected to witness discussions on key policy matters, pending legislative business and budgetary provisions needed for the second half of the financial year. (w/nkm)
