JEE-Advanced: Answer keys released, result on June 12

Jamshedpur, June 6: JEE-Advanced result will be out on June 12. The result will be declared in the official website of JEE Advanced (www.jeeadv.ac.in/) at 10 am in the morning.

This year the IIT Guwahati has conducted the IIT JEE Examination 2016. As the IIT has announced the JEE Advanced Answer Key 2016 officially on June 5th, 2016. .

The JEE Advanced aspirants were able to see how they performed in the examination held on May 22. The candidates who have appearedfor the examination can check theirAnswer Keys from June 5th to June 7th, 2016.

The release of the answer sheets would give relief to those students who are eager to take admission in the IITs. The students had solved questions related to mathematics, physics and chemistry. The correct answers were available on the JEE website.

Candidates can provide their Feedback on the JEE official website. The answer Keys has announced for all the codes 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9. With the help of the answer keys for Paper 1 and Paper-2, the candidates can predict their score. With the Predicted score candidates even can estimate their scores with certain cutoff marks.

The feedback and comments on answer key will be invited from June 7. On the score of JEE Advanced, students will not only get admission in Indian Institute of Technology (IITs) but this time on the Advanced score students will also get admission in 9 new engineering colleges.

The new colleges include Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology, Raibareli, Indian Institute of Petroleum and Energy, Vishakhapatnam, Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology, Thiruvananthapuram along with other technical institutes. In order to qualify, candidates must have scored a minimum of 75% in their Senior Secondary exam. The qualifying aggregate for SC/ST, PwD applicants is 70%.

Total of 1181 seats are available in these engineering colleges and arelated notification has also been issued on JEE Advanced website.

On JEE Advanced score admission was held in 18 IITs and ISM Dhanbad but this time 4 new IITs have also been included which means total of 22 IITs and ISM Dhanbad along with 9 other institutes at which students can take admission depending on their score. CBSE has announced that All India ranking will be released on July .

Based on the ranking students will be selected for NITs. After the announcement of the results, counselling will be held and students will be asked to lock in both the BTech course of their liking, and the IIT.

Around 2000 IIT aspirants appeared for the JEE Advanced exam from Jamshedpur on May 22. The exam was held in 3 centers across city including Loyola School, DBMS High School and DBMS English School.
