Jadugoda, June 23: The East Singhbhum unit of Youth JD (U) launched the party�s membership drive from Jadugoda today. The chief guest on the occasion was Youth JD (U) state president Nirmal Singh. The program was chaired by the organization�s district president Rana Pratap Singh.
A team of youth led by JMM leader Bibhash Bhagat joined the JD (U) fold. Nirmal Singh stated on the occasion that the party would intensify its agitation for eradication of public problems. He also said that from July 20, the party would launch a nationwide drive, �Doodh piyo, Sharaab Chhoro� (Drink milk, give up alcohol).
Bibhash Bhagat was made president of Youth JD (U) for Potka Vidhan Sabha Constituency. Those present at the program included State JD (U) executive committee member Kaushal Kumar along with Bablu Karmakar, Rajvir, Sujit, Sunny, Harshit Grover, Simon, Nikhar Gulati, Taranjit Minocha, Aman Sachdev, Saurav Grover and Mandip Singh.
