Jamshedpur, Aug 5: The entire Surya Mandir complex turned the epical chapter of Ramayana when people lighted lamps in joy after Lord Ram returned after 14 years of banishment to His kingdom. One could perceive that joyous scenario as the gaze panned the array of aesthetically decorated Surya Mandir and its multi hued lights and lamps. The entire Jamshedpur populace is as the hour ticks on for the foundation ceremony of the Shri Ram Temple at Ayodhya on Wednesday, August 5. The Surya Mandir exuded the atmosphere of Dipawali. Chief Patron of Surya Mandir Raghubar Das ensured that the place reflected the pulse of the excited nation. Coloured lights, 5,001 earthen lamps each filled with sacred Ghrit were laid out in designs depicting the sacred Swastika and the words, �Jai Shri Ram.�

The dome of the temple blazed in the Glory of a huge banner of Lord Shri Ram. The entire temple premises and roads leading to Surya Mandir were dotted with the Lord�s banners. Piety and religious fervor permeated the entire scenario. Chief Patron Raghubar Das participated in the prayer rituals as specially invited priests filled the air with their melodious incantations from the Sunderkand. Raghubar Das said, �Every resident of Jamshedpur and citizens of the entire state should light oil lamps in their houses tomorrow (Wednesday, August 5) and seek Lord Shri Ram�s blessings to stave off the coronavirus threat. Tomorrow will see the fruition of our ancestors� dreams through centuries as the Shri Ram Temple in Ayodhya begins to turn a reality. Let every one of you be witness to the realization of this dream harbored through centuries.�
