Jamshedpur, August 12: A severe traffic jam in Mango on Monday morning caused hours of disruption, leaving people stranded and frustrated. Long queues of vehicles stretched from Mango Bridge to Payal Cinema, creating chaos and bringing normal life to a standstill. The traffic police were unable to manage the situation effectively.

Vehicles were stuck haphazardly on the roads, making it nearly impossible for pedestrians to find a way through. The jam extended from the Mango roundabout and bus stand to Mango Bridge and from the bridge to Dimna and Payal Cinema Roads. The jam affected all roads in the area, including smaller streets and intersections.

Parents taking their children to school faced delays, and many children arrived late to school. The jam was triggered by the Kalash Shobha Yatra, which took place across various locations on the fourth Monday of Sawan.

Upon receiving information about the jam, the traffic DSP arrived at the scene with his team and managed to clear the congestion.

The jam, which lasted from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM, caused considerable inconvenience to commuters.

The state of Jharkhand at its best . I was stuck in that traffic & I had to give up my scheduled meeting just because of this inefficient management of city administration.
