Jamshedpur: A 17-year-old boy was drowned while trying to pluck lotus flower from a pond at Jamboni village under Baharagora thana area in East Singhbhum district this morning. The
victim, identified as Papun Dhada, who was a plus two student of a local college was rushed to a local primary health centre where the doctor declared him as brought
dead. The deceased was flower for Puja at the village. The police have seized the body and sent it to the Ghatshila sub-divisional hospital for post-mortem.
