Jamshedpur, May 4: A 30 year-old youth, identified as Arjun Kumar, drowned in a pond in Birsanagar on Tuesday, police said.
The youth, a daily worker, reportedly drowned after suffering from a fit of epilepsy. He was bathing in the pond with no one around. Suddenly he suffered epileptic attack and went deep into the water. His family members learnt about the incident after several hours.
Police sent the body of the deceased to MGM Medical College for autopsy. They said an investigation was on to probe the possibility of a foul play in the incident.
