Jamshedpur youth dies of drowning, another injured

Jamshedpur, April 22: In Jamshedpur, on one hand, the whole city was busy in celebrating Eid, while on the other hand, there was mourning at the house of Hanif Zeeshan, a resident of Munshi Mohalla, under Mango police station of Jamshedpur.

In fact, after offering Eid prayers, Hanif had gone to bathe in the Subarnarekha river under Sakchi police station along with his friend Sheikh Farhad. Meanwhile, Hanif Zeeshan drowned in the flow of deep water.

Sheikh Farhad, who was taking bath with him, tried hard to save Hanif but he failed. On the other hand, the fishermen present in the river pulled out both the youths from the deep water with great difficulty and sent them to MGM Hospital where doctors declared Hanif Zeeshan dead, while Sheikh Farhad is undergoing treatment. On the other hand, as soon as the information about the incident was received, the relatives reached the hospital.
