Jamshedpur, May 16: One Zaibunnisha of Kitadih Gadiwan Patti has accused her mother Zaitun Biwi of assaulting her over a family dispute. She has registered a police complaint in this connection with the Parsudih police station, police said.
Zaibunnisha reportedly alleged that her mother had beaten her up with the help of one Shahzada, who claimed to be a journalist. She said her mother wanted to send her son out to bring some goods, to which she had objected. Irked over her objection, Zaitun Biwi beat her up and also threw her belongings out of her house.
The complainant said she called police for help and demanded action against the accused persons.
Cops said they were investigating the matter to verify the allegations made by the complainant.
