Jamshedpur woman abandoned by son

Jamshedpur, April 22: An old woman was found in an abandoned condition near Modi Park at Bistupur on Friday. She was taken to the nearby vending zone and Bistupur police were intimated about the incident. During inquiry, cops found out that the woman was abandoned by her son in the middle of the road. She said she used to live with her son in Mango and is a native of Ichagarh. Cops soon contacted the Mukhiya of Ichagarh and asked about the woman’s family members. The Mukhiya assured the cops that the woman would soon be reunited to her family. Cops said they were searching for the woman’s son to question him about the reason behind abandoning his mother.
