Jamshedpur Vaccine Centre: DC inspects facilities at RVS Academy

Jamshedpur, May 15: Deputy Commissioner Suraj Kumar to visited RVS Academy at Dimna Chowk in Mango where vaccination of people between the age groups of 18 and 45 years will commence from Sunday, May 16. SDO Dhalbhum, Nitish Kumar and MMC Executive Officer Dipak Sahay were present during the DC’s inspection visit.

Suraj Kumar inspected among others, the vaccination chamber, observation room, waiting hall and other infrastructure provisions. He gave directives to officials to ensure hassle-free inoculation process.

DC Suraj Kumar directed that physical distancing norms should be maintained among those in line for vaccination. He said that vaccines were to be administered in strict adherence to tokens issued.

It may be mentioned that only those between the ages of 18 and 45 years who have booked slots will be eligible for vaccination. Online slots can be booked on RVS Academy Vaccine Centre also. Walk in facility will not be available.
