Jamshedpur, Sept 3: Sandeep Saurav Mishra, who successfully qualified as Assistant Commandant in the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) through the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Central Armed Police Force, was recognized for his achievement. In the UPSC’s 2021 batch, he secured an impressive 19th rank.
