Jamshedpur: Two injured in Kanderbera road mishap

Jamshedpur, July 21: Two youths were seriously injured when a speeding pick-up van hit them near Kanderbera under Chandil police station area on Thursday.

The victims, identified as Om Prakash and Akash, both residents of Sapra village in Seraikela-Kharsawan. They were taken to MGM Hospital where doctors referred them to Tata Main Hospital for better treatment.

Sources said the victims were returning from Chandil in a car. Near Kanderbera, they got down from the car and tried to cross the road when they were hit by the van, sources said.
