Jamshedpur: Tributes paid on the Martyrdom Day of Chandrashekhar Azad

Jamshedpur: On the martyrdom day of Shaheed Chandrashekhar Azad, the immortal hero of the Indian freedom struggle, Naman Parivar organized an annual tribute event. Women, youth, and various dignitaries from society gathered to pay homage to his sacred memory, expressing their respect for his indomitable courage and dedication to the nation.

Presiding over the event, Amarpreet Singh Kale, founder of Naman Parivar, stated that Chandrashekhar Azad’s life inspires us to embrace every struggle for the service of our motherland. He emphasized that Azad’s sacrifice motivates us to advance on the path of self-reliance and determination. Kale further mentioned that Naman Parivar organizes this annual event to honor the legacy of martyrs, ensuring that the younger generation remains devoted to national service by remembering their sacrifices.

Senior journalist Brijbhushan Singh described Azad’s life as a symbol of struggle, courage, and patriotism. He highlighted that the fight for freedom does not end with independence; maintaining that freedom requires continuous effort. Singh urged everyone to draw inspiration from Azad’s selfless patriotism and be prepared to face every challenge.

The event also saw speeches from Naman’s convener Rajeev Kumar, litterateur Balvinder Singh, Ramkeval Mishra from Uttar Pradesh Sangh, former BJP Mahila Morcha district president Neeru Singh, and Kulwinder Singh Pannu from CGPC, among other prominent personalities.

Key attendees included Mahendra Pal Singh, Gurdayal Singh, Raghvendra Sharma, A. Vishwanath, Jaswant Singh Bhoma, Paramjeet Singh Kale, Narendra Saini, Bittu Tiwari, Sandeep Kumar Singh, Sukhraj Singh, Sarju Ram, Hardev Singh, Pankaj Kumar Verma, Manoj Kumar Mishra, Gopikant, Swati Mitra, Lakhkhi Kaur, D. Rajeev Marwah delivered the vote of thanks, concluding the event. Throughout the program, Kalimati Road echoed with spirited chants of “Bharat Mata Ki Jai” and “Chandrashekhar Azad Amar Rahe,” paying heartfelt tribute to the legendary freedom fighter.
