Jamshedpur: Trailer plunges off NH 18 Flyover, driver, helper escape unscathed

Jamshedpur, June 16:A trailer bearing the registration number NL 01A-E-2819, en route to Jamshedpur, met with a harrowing incident near Mahuli in the jurisdiction of Bahragora police station. On Friday morning, the trailer lost control and plunged from the flyover on National Highway No. 18. Miraculously, the driver and the helper on board narrowly escaped the accident with their lives. However, the trailer suffered significant damage in the process.

Preliminary reports suggest that the driver of the trailer had momentarily dozed off, resulting in the loss of control and subsequent fall from the flyover. The driver himself attributed the cause of the accident to his momentary lapse of attention due to drowsiness. Thankfully, both the driver and the crew of the trailer emerged from the incident without any injuries. The authorities were notified of the mishap, and efforts are underway to recover the damaged trailer from its current location.
