Jamshedpur, December 11: Tata Steel Adventure Foundation (TSAF) is thrilled to announce its maiden Open Water Swimming Competition, set against the picturesque backdrop of Dimna Lake on Sunday, December 14, 2025. This event marks a significant milestone in Eastern India’s sporting landscape, aiming to popularize open water swimming and establish Jamshedpur as a future hub for the sport.
Open water swimming is witnessing a surge in popularity across India, and TSAF’s initiative will provide an exciting platform for swimmers from diverse backgrounds to showcase their skills. The event has already garnered an overwhelming response, with 85 participants from 10 states confirmed to compete.
